1.3 Site Purpose: The Site provides general information regarding KFactory’s private label products, services, financial performance, and employment opportunities for potential customers, partners, and investors.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

2.1 Registered Trademarks: KFactory® is a registered trademark at both the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and the United Kingdom Trade Mark Office (UK IPO).

  • In the European Union, the mark is the exclusive property of KOGNITIVE MANUFACTURING TECH SRL.
  • In the United Kingdom, the mark is the property of KFactory Limited.

2.2 Copyright Ownership: The content and design of kfactory.ai - including but not limited to photographs, drawings, texts, slogans, images, software code, and databases - are the exclusive property of KFactory and are protected by Romanian and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property.

2.3 Partner Content: Content sourced from partners is identified by mentioning the partner’s name. Intellectual property rights for such content remain with the respective partners.

2.4 Usage Restrictions: Any use of the Site’s content for purposes other than personal, non-commercial viewing is strictly prohibited without express written consent. Requests for usage may be sent to office@kfactory.ai. Press releases and official notices may be used by media representatives provided the source is clearly cited.

2.5 Third-Party Links: This Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. KFactory does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or security of linked sites.

3. Official Social Media & External Platforms

3.1 Authorized Channels: KFactory operates the following official social media and business profiles:

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

5.2 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be sought to be resolved via an arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator within 15 days of notification, the jurisdiction shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Romanian courts.
